What is Yoga Therapy?
Today, the ancient wisdom becomes easier for science and medical professionals to understand and accept the powerful benefit it brings to individuals.
Yoga therapy is a deeply heart centered approach to guide you through ancient yoga wisdom and to gradually awaken your core being. It’s more than yoga poses and breath work; it’s a journey to educate and understand the human as an integrated body, mind, and spirit.
